I had been referred to Ascend Foot & Ankle Center by my wife after she had a great experience with Dr. Deann. It is very rare to find immediate pain relief without the use of medication but that certainly was true in my case! Dr. Deann is very thorough in arriving at a diagnosis and explaining various options with regard to treatment. Her staff is very accommodating, kind and goes above and beyond to insure a most positive patient experience! For years I struggle having issues with my foot, jumping from doctor to doctor never finding a straight answer or a solution, finally with Dr. Deann was able to find the right treatment and now I'm back enjoying running, hiking and all physical activities I was for years forbidden to do because of my condition. Perfect combination of knowledge (updated to the latest treatments) and CARE, yes in capital letters! It almost felt like a family member was taking care of me.

Dr. Hofer Ogilvie is a great doctor! She helped me get through a stress fracture in my foot and was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. She throughly explained everything and took the time to answer all my questions. In addition, she was able to get me in for appointments quickly and her prices are very reasonable. I highly suggest Dr. Ogilvie. I’m an athlete in high school doing multiple running sports and I managed to mess up my achilles mid season. I went to Dr. Ogilvie in distress hoping she could help me recover before my season was over. She not only diagnosed me but also explained what the issue was and how to correctly stretch and heal my achilles so that i could get back to running. I recovered well and got back to running even managing to make it to states. Even after my appointments she reached out to me to make sure i was doing okay. I highly suggest Dr. Ogilvie she’s a great doctor.

Dr. Hofer Ogilvie has treated multiple injuries for me with incredible care and attention. For my broken toe, she developed a treatment plan that allowed me to continue a high level physical activity, keeping me healthy and happy. When I burned the bottom of my foot, she taught me how to care for it, both while the burn healed, and how to reduce scar tissue after. In both instances she used appointment time effectively, explaining the injury and treatment in detail, patiently answering questions, and suggesting the appropriate number of folllow-ups. Doctor Ogilvie is my daughter, but having been treated by other podiatrists due to living out of state I found her care much different than other physicians. I suffer from severe foot, ankle and gout pain. Dr. Ogilvie's care plan was much more individualistic to my needs than just cookie cutter care received prior.
